This website is run by Syra Studio Ltd, trading as Syra, a company registered in England and Wales. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to reply to you.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We receive the name, email address and any notes you enter so that we can hold the call.

If you use the enquiry form, we receive the name, email address, company or channel link and message you enter, so that we can reply.

If you email us, we keep the email so that we can reply and keep track of the conversation.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you across other sites and we do not build a list from visits.

To reply to your enquiry, to hold the call you booked, and to deliver work if you become a client. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone, and we do not add you to a newsletter, because there is not one.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and deleted within twelve months of the last message if nothing comes of it. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Email us and we will do it within thirty days.
