Terms of Service

Syra is the trading name of Syra Studio, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms cover this website and the services we provide. When you become a client you also sign a Content Services Agreement and a one page Scope Sheet. If anything here differs from what you signed, what you signed wins.

You can read this website, share it and book a call through it. Everything on it, including the words, the design and the logo, belongs to Syra Studio. Please do not copy it.

The results shown are real client results and are not typical. Your results depend on your business, your market and your effort.

We work on a rolling monthly basis. There is no minimum term and no fixed length commitment.

What we deliver each month, how many pieces, and on which days, is written on your Scope Sheet before any work starts. If it is not on the Scope Sheet, it is not included, and adding it later is priced separately.

If we miss a delivery date, we make it up within two working days and tell you in writing.

Unless your Scope Sheet says otherwise: photography, paid advertising spend, payments to third party creators or contributors, website builds, product fulfilment, and shoot days beyond the number agreed.

Footage, or your time on an agreed shoot day. Login access to any platform we post to. Feedback and approvals within the number of working days on your Scope Sheet.

If any of these arrive late, every delivery date that depends on them moves by the same number of days.

Two rounds of revisions are included on every piece. A third round and any after it are charged at the rate on your Scope Sheet. Please send each round as one message.

The fee is agreed on the call and written into your agreement. We do not change it once it has been said. Payment is due within three working days of the invoice. If an invoice is more than seven days late, work pauses until it is paid, and delivery dates move to match.

We do not guarantee views, followers or sales. Nobody honest can. We record your starting numbers on day one and report against them every month, so you can see exactly what the work did.

Everything we make for you is yours once the month it was made in has been paid for. We may show the work in our portfolio, but we never name you or show your account without your written permission.

Either side can stop with fourteen days notice in writing, by message or email. Work already paid for is finished and delivered. Fees for a month already started are not refunded. Within seven days of the end we hand over all footage and finished pieces from every paid month.

We keep your private business information to ourselves: your numbers, your plans, your products and anything personal you share with us along the way.
